All I’ve Done: Restart App. Restart XBSX. Lastly, Hard Restart XBSX
I have killed 20 Rivals and have not got daily. Rival level 1-4

And im pretty sure its safe to assume every assignment is bugged, be it tracking or resistance point handout.
