Sangria is my most favoured drink in the evening after a hot day. Sitting with my wife at candellight in a nice Taverna and enjoying the evening. And Gazpachio is one dish that i love in Spain or in Portugal . I have had the last time the variant what was served without tomatoes. It is more the Gazpacho like the Ajoblanco. It containts more Cucumbers and garlic. I love it
In America we have Bud Light,
I think it’s my Uncle’s favorite as he always has a keg-full
Rogue brewery is a pretty popular brewing company too
Bud Light is like making love in a Canoe … it is f*cking close to water!
That said, I like Bud Light served in a tall glass right from the freezer with a bowl of nacho chips served at Chili’s
Rogue make really good root beer as well,
it’s probably the best that you can buy
non alcoholic too
Tomato soup looks disgusting for me.
But not everyone has the same taste and habits.
Yes, it is very normal to drink Sangria in Dinners, specially anniversaries.
Honestly the Spanish food is not as good and they don´t have as much variety as us.
Their Paellas are good if it´s your style, tortillas and Churros are no longer Spanish, the Mexican outrank them there.
(this is for drinks I wont post here)
Ohhh, yea the Bud. The light is a good cold drink. In germany the regualr Bud is available in a good sorted beverage shop. I drank it the first time at a airport as i waited for my flight. It was tasty.
Also i like the Miller Draft. A good beer. As i was for holidays in the Domenican Republic they served that always beside the Presidente Regular that is brewed in the Domenican Republic
I don’t like tomato soup - the traditional one - either. Just as I probably couldn’t drink a Bloody Mary even if my life depended on it. But Gazpacho tastes nothing like tomato soup. Properly prepared I find it particular refreshing and delicious 🫑🫒:lemon:
When I had my Bud Lights “way back then” at Chili’s on the East Coast, the bottle had the phrase “Highly drinkable” on the label. I found that pretty cool … and quite correct
A well chilled Bud always tastes good.
what about coors light?
Haven’t seen it, is it a beer
it’s a beer, my cousins seem to like it, I don’t mind it but I don’t like it enough to drink regularly.
to put it in perspective, I would rather drink mountain dew than Coors light
Who from you knows this coke. It is very popular in Germany and the teasers from Charles Wilms where ecxiting new in the seventies.
This is the one Cola what is produced in germany.
sexy-mini-super-flower-pop op-cola That was the advertising teaser at this time.
Or who knows this one. It was a very beloved lemonade and remains me of my childhood.
Afri-cola?
It´s made on Germany instead of somewhere in Africa?
But why?
Imagine a cola being made in South Korea and called “Berlin cola” or “Colorado cola”
So weird
a better question, why is it called cola?
where did the word Cola come from??
coca-cola would have to be named after something?
From Wikipedia:
When launched, Coca-Cola’s two key ingredients were cocaine and caffeine. The cocaine was derived from the coca leaf and the caffeine from kola nut (also spelled “cola nut” at the time), leading to the name Coca-Cola.
