I’m new to the game and I can’t play it bc of this reason anyone no how to fix it?

Chose to delete your account, then start the game and you should be asked whether to restore the account (Stop deletion progress) or to continue without it.
Chose to restore it and hope that it now works.
One more reason could be, I didn’t test it today, that the server currently is down and that login just isn’t possible atm.
But you should see that by trying to login on the website.
