"Fluidical" rendering of machines

Description: To be honest I don’t remember after which update this started to appear (probably last - October update) but machines are rendered… strangely. I can notice it mostly when they are dead. It’s like the rendering of machines is a little slow and they seems to move slightly after player movement.

Steps To Reproduce: Take a close look at dead machines.

Host or Client: Host/Client

Players in your game: 1-4

Specifications: i5 4670K, 16G RAM, GTX 1070

It looks like some kind of air distortion, like you’d see from heatwaves or that pulse thing the Seekers do.
I wonder if it’s related to the floating effects bug. Looks like the disembodied ghost machine bug is also prevalent.
