Same here on Xbox, but have killed way more than 2 and in almost every region. Also been battling in the Forrest region for 2 days raising and lowering threat level to get defense mission but not one has procted yet……

Did the generator assignment work for you? I’m not sure where they are so haven’t tried yet.
There is one at the airfield for example.
And others you will find in south coast region.

It worked, got credit for the generator assignment so just the Rivals one that’s broken.
The rival one worked for me after 5 destroyed rivals. Generators didn’t count yet.

Meanwhile i cleaned out a harvest of 6 rivals trying to get good loot and not one counted but my generator one completed itself as i was running to my first rival to feed upon

ooooooooook boys, imma call it quits for Generation Zero. I have notifications turned on for updates but for now this is it. I am done. I’ll still probably work on my GZ novel but I won’t be playing GZ or buying DLC until we get a major bug fix.

I’m almost of a similar opinion. I want to play the game BUT…all the recently introduced stuff, assignments, base defence and base assault doesn’t work AND there is a danger of randomly losing safehouses, locations, challenge progress and random people joining and wrecking my solo invite only game.
I think I’ll give it it a rest until major fixes have been made as I don’t want my maxed out and complete game messed up.

I’m way ahead of you. I had to call it last week because I’m just done with the frustration. My best bud, who I play EVERY game with, wouldn’t even log on, any more, so we went off to another game for now. I’m still checking in on the forums to see where everything is at, but, like you, I’m not buying any more dlc packs til what we already have is working. I’ve seem some very old posts, a couple of years old, that still have the same bugs and complaints so I have little hope of anything being done.
Nice game, nice theme, loved that I was just killing robots, but that’s not enough to keep me.

Today I have finished 5 assignments but this last one is no longer tracking.
Have killed far more than 8 Apocalypse machines but after 8 it stopped counting…

Did you try to reconnect the apex connect account? May there’s something stuck.
Delete the apex account and when restarting in GZ, click Cancel when asked whether the apex account should be restored. Then after 24 hours a new one has to be created, that’s how I did it. Don’t do any FMTel tasks because they are bugged. For me, deleting and then restoring this FMTel problem did not solve it. Game crashed again after this query (account recovery). With a new Apex account it worked again without any problems
No i didnt, just stopped chasing the assigment for a while then when I returned one hour later and killed a bunch of Apos it finished but I did not receive any Resistance Points for it, only some materials.
certain FMTEL Challenges do not track.

Yes, that’s why so many of us reported that in about 455 posts yet.
The issue is somewhere between the new fmtel system and the apex connect system.
