Having the same problem on xbox x, none of the med kits being counted tried every type including the paramedic response.

Same issue here for me. Everything was working correctly until this old medi-kit assignment issue reared its ugly head again.
I played a few hours and I am sure I picked up way more than 10 from dead bots and surfaces. Iâm on a PC

Everything seemed to work as expected today.
Was it just me but did it take about an hour for them to arrive today? I was still showing the one that didnât complete yesterday for some while despite deleting my local save and hard reset of console. (Xbox X) This usually works but not today for some reason. Anyone else get this?
Only other thing of note was the assignment, âCraft 5 medkitsâ. It completed after crafting 5 sets of 10 ie. 50 medkits. why not say âCraft 50 medkitsâ if thatâs what you want ?
Or âcraft first aid kits 10 timesâ.
They have become available an hour later for the past week. I am assuming it is a daylight savings adjustment as I seem to recall it happening last year around this time as well.
One that failed for me recently was âPick up 10 medkitsâ.
Neither picking up from machines or loot containers triggered the counter for this one.
The medkit assignment was definitely broken. I gathered quite a few and none of them registered. Always showed 0. I tried crafting some just in case that was the assignment. No joy there either.
Anyone having trouble with the re-introduced âkill five hunters with a hunting rifleâ?
Does not tally and so cannot be completed.
It was kill 5 runners. And all (given 5.11.) assigments work normaly. Just completed them.

Still no new issues for me.
15 machines in marshlands and craft three apparel worked as intended.
Didnât do the one for killing apoc machines yesterday.
Perhaps itâs just my game but for the last couple of weeks when I complete the Tick or Hunter awards I havenât received either the level 3 or 4 level weapons and attachments. The award is announced on screen but nothing is put into the Fmtel box.
Level five weapons for completing the Tank award are given as expected.
Noticed that today as well.
Glitch or intentional I wonder?

What exactly do you mean?
The restoratives satchel?
Could be repairkits and fuel.
