Even playing solo i crash and multiplayer crash wonder how long it will take until they fix this issue

I have crashed, I swear Iām not exaggerating, over 20 times just today. Every crash makes it more and more annoying, to the point where I want to just give up and stop playing. The problem is, the game runs just fine, over 45fps, so itās not my hardware. My drivers are up-to-date as of three-ish days ago. Sometimes it crashes when in combat, or just when running to my teammate right after rejoining after crashingā¦ this is without a doubt the most frustrating and mood-killing bug I have ever encountered, in any game. The worst part? This is STILL a bug, and one I encountered constantly over a year ago. I was hoping that with all the bugfixes, updates, and DLC sold, that itād be fixed by now, but nope.
If you guys can fix this bug, I will go and buy DLC for the game ASAP- but yāknow, no point if I canāt even play the game, due to it constantly crashing.

You should wait until there is a fix. Play other games in the meantime, and check in the forums once in a while to see if there is good news.

Last light My Austrian/German Friend had some Free time.
and Wanted to Play Generation Zero for a Bit, to get Her Robot Dog0 and take it for a Walk.
I changed my Dog0ās Module to the Default one, so that it wasnāt causing issues with the Healing Modules equipped.
Due to us writing if we Crash or D/C in Steam-Chat, i have Time stamps ^.~
She invited me to Her Game Session at 19.41
I keep my Dog0 in my Inventory, Regardless I crashed at 19.49 - 8 Mins later
Then She invited Me again, This time I Released my Dog0
She Finished the āMaking Friends Missionā
and Releases Her āHulbertā
I noticed my Weapon wheel slot #7 for Dog0 were no longer gray but in Color
and i checked my Inventory to see i now had a Extra Companion Runner in my backpack
I guess i also received one when She did Completed āMaking Friendsā even though i Already had a Companion Active.
Some minutes later she Asked where my Robot Dog had gone, as apparently She could not see it o.0
Yet it still Participated in fights (mine were equipped with the Rocket Launcher, Herās a Shotgun)
After Wreaking Many Machines: Tanks, Harvester, Wolves, Hunters, Lynx, Runner āSputniksā Several Rivals
and me Getting Flunged up into the air after a Fast travel to a Field Radio
and landing on the top of a small house and wondering how that happenedā¦
she Noticed and asked how i got up there, where i said āI think i got flunged by my Dog when i fast traveledā¦ā
She Crashed at 20.59 - 1H, 10Mins Later or 70min Long session with a single crash
Shortly after a Fast Travel to āAnl 182 HƤsslehedā South East of Boo
The rest of the Evening, had 6 Crashes within an Hour
She Re-launches The Game and invites me again
we Take down the āSputnikā above the Hanger
and She Runs of Toward the Machines fighting in the field
and i manage to Disarm and Disarmed the 2 Harvesters and 2 Wolves with my PvG before i Crashed at 21.03 - after 4 Mins session
She Re-invites me
as i get Back and Sprinted towards Her to Assist with the Machines i had Disarmed
While i were Taking out the Lynxes i suddenly had to Dodge Turret fire from a Fnix Facility and noticed a Large pack of Fnix Runners ran towards Her likely coming from it, i Took care of them and noticed She had destroyed half of the Crippled Wolves and Harvesters so i Ran toward Fnix Facility and itās Beeping Facility Turrets, and destroys all itās Turrets.
When Sheās were about to Come over, She called out for help as a Sputnik had Appeared out of nowhere above Her and i Shot it down.
and it Crashed down on top of the Rival āSputnikā from Earlier
and i wondered if had re-spawnedā¦ but when i got close i could see it Were a Scout Class, while the Rival had Been a Soldier.
I Crashed soon after at 21.08 - 5 Mins later
She invites me again.
and we headed north then East Following the Road
Which took us to a Farm where Fnix Hunter were Lynx Fighting
After taking care of them we headed Thoward Garphammer as it have 3 Rivals
and found ourselves in a Big Fight between Fnix and Soviet machines
I take out 3-4 Lynx, a Hunter and āSputnikā and as i am working on Disarming Wolf Rival it turns to me and i Crash at 21.20 - 12 Mins later
I Told Her that the Co-op Crash may be Back on Steam
She invites me again.
and i Fast travel to Ćlgstugan (Moose Living room)
I some how get flunged into the air from the entrance and forward about 20m and to Faceplant to the ground and have to Revive myself <.<;
and i Sprints towards Her, when i Arrive i am on the other side of the Machine Fight and i take out a Wolf Rival, a Harvester and Several Runners, Hunters and Lynx.
I However Crash again at 21.30 - 10 Mins later
She was Able to Re-invite me back at 21.34, she Probably
Had a Hard time being able to Re-invite meā¦ <.<
(as āFriends onlyā Isnāt a Multi-player options else i could had Re-joined myself)
Fast travel to Ćlgstugan again and runs out only to notice my Gog0 popup right in front of me, making me realizing how i got Flunged into the air earlierā¦ >.<
I Fast travel to a Field radio and getās to shoot at the Rival Apocalypse tank a few times before i Crash again again at 21.37 - just 3 Mins later
She Invites me back again
and we Wreak the Appocalypse Tank and i notice the Tank Dropped The āBlack Fire Paint Jobā DLC Skin for the Companion Runner
Which was a bit confusing to see it as a Drop also because i had purchased it.
After that we run across another Wolf and end up at the Farm again
and Shes mentions sheās Tired and we Quit for the Night.

Doing the Game Sessions some Odd things that Happened:
- After She acquired Her Runner Companion
I did not Crash for a Whole hour+ i had a Session without a Crash of 70 Mins or 1H, 70 Mins
As if some a bug caused another to Happen for me, till She Crashed then it was a Crash about every 5-10 Mins - I ended up having a Companion Runner in my Inventory after She completed āMaking Friendā while It was Active and Fighting,Though it became invisible to her at this point.
- I found the āHazard Light Kitā DLC Item on a Rival Harvester, which i already have, Doing Her First Game session as Host.
- I also found the āBlack Fire Paint Jobā DLC Item a Rival Tank, which also have.
The Mysterious Extra Companion Pod
When i Deployed the extra Companion Pod, my Dog0 was Despawned
But Re-Spawned at the Companion pod once it had opened.
Hopefully any of this can be of Use for the Devs to nail down the Crashes in Co-op
But also Fix these additional Issues Iāve run across Doing Co-Op.

Also to note XB1X, I have the Companion in my wheel. Person I play mp with on the regular hasnt even completed the Friends mission to have the comp yet. Was fine playing together for quite a long period. I take the companion out to show him, and then 3 crashes in a row all about 10 mins apart doing different stuff. Even keeping the compaion stowed away after just showing it to him. Will say I love the update tho. Makes solo games alot more enjoyable with having help, but when I want it.

Hey bro whats hotfix
Tried out the hotfix in multiplayer steam, Crashing the same amount I was crashing before the hotfix got released, Nothing seems to have been fixed for me. Just insta crash whenever you use the companion in combat while in multiplayer. Plus the duplicating of players in the player list is also still a thing btw.

Check your platform. The hotfix was out for Steam.
They released a hotfix that resolves this issue for Steam users. Console players will get this update mid-week once the build is tested & approved by those platforms
This issue persists on Steam, but not as bad as it was yesterday.
Im a ps5 player dang man so i gotta wait a week
Mid-week, sounds like wednesday/thursday -ish. But it can always be longer. These approval processes can often a pain.
Game is crashing worse then before
I just read this now and I was WT%
If THEY knew the update provoked crashes, why the rush to made the update available to download?
Why not waiting one more month?
