In the Älgsjön lake, Forest Region (1934, -2043).
Also, there are 3x trees growing in the middle of the lake, not 2x. 1st time i was around there i was in MP game and didn’t have time to get closer. Now, i went there in my SP game and during the day for closer look.
If you do the “Father and Son” side mission then you’ll learn who he really is.

That man is the father of Benny Malmqvist. Benny is the singer and guitarist of glam-rock band Barb Rose, not his fater. You’ll also see Benny as NPC, standing right of Anita in the wine cellar of Björntunet hotel. Also, Benny’s room in hotel is 304.
