Description:
At least two different times, and in different locations, there has been an invisible drone. We could hear it, but not see it. We can be detected by it and it will start to do its pulse sound and lights. I usually connect to a hosted game and the host can’t see it either. We have never been able to shoot it or harm it.

This sounds like the ghost machines issue, a known bug that’s been with us for some time, I’ve posted in my collection thread. Hopefully we’ll see a fix for this soon.

I think they are stuck below the ground sometimes
