New Apoc ticks visual DoT effect not scaling for me

I’m having some issues with the new ticks visual effect, it does not fill the screen. The scaling is off.
Anyone else having these issues?

win10 pro-i9 9900k-gtx1080-32Gb3200RAM-z370-pg279q1440p

Edit* I thought runners effect was fine but it isnt scaling either. The hunter fire is only showing at the bottom so hard to tell without the straight edges showing if thats intended or not.

Now the DoT effect is scaling properly for me, I’m quite sure it didnt earlier this morning.
