I play on both PC and Xbox One through Live, I had been playing on PC the Day before, but then the wife had the computer today so I went to play on the Xbox. When I signed in with my account, everything was deleted, I even had to adjust the screen margins. I asked my wife to try on the PC and same thing my entire save gone. I had two characters add on guns, and all side and main missions done. Just wondering if this is because I was switching between devices or because something went wrong.
As an update, at first the Xbox did not display the corrupted file error with the delete option, but now it does. PC does not display this error and just goes to the menu that only has start new game.
I had this problem too.
