I don’t know how to fix this or even how to tag this error I don’t know if it’s just a bug but please help me…
I restarted my PC a couple of times but that didn’t work,
I reinstalled the game but that also didn’t work,
I checked the integrity on steam and nothing seems to be working
All of the steam games that I have require steam to be open to play them. They use steam’s api to play online and link with your account, as well as provide anti pirating protection.
With more than 1 year passed and without any further update from OP about the issue, i conclude the topic as abandoned and lock it.
