The two story farm house in Appelbo has a master bedroom upstairs that cannot be entered because as soon as you cross the threshold of the door you fall down to the first level of the house through the floor as if it doesn’t even exist.
These are floating phones in meeting/lounge room on the lowest level of the Uttern Bunker living quarters. They impede movement but other than spoiling the immersion it causes no real harm. Not sure if this should be in “Terrain Holes” but it certainly is a map error.

And Appelbo has been reported quite a few times already in separate threads. One was very recently.
I think this classes as a terrain hole, it’s on the PS4.

In the house at these cords, up the first flight of stairs, before you turn right to go up the next set. In that corner to the left it should either be dark or there should be a lamp there. There is a light that comes from nowhere.

So, I don’t have a picture of the actual spot, seeing as I always manage to fall through it before I find the exact spot but right here on the map is one that bugs the whole map aside from safe houses out.
