Do Stentorpet for starters. Or, the base with the walkbridge, I forgot it’s name. If the first, bring the experimental Algustare and 250 rounds for insurance. Get on a crest high enough above the base to prevent machines from getting to you (it’s not that high). Start salvo firing the Algustare and track the rounds. To aim, select a point in the air (so far from such- and- such horizon line, or tree branch, or whatever. Bring the aiming point back CLOSE to that spot every time and start pounding the base. “Walk” your salvoes right or left, or up and down. Periodically check for damage. Stay on it until the base is rubble and/ or no Hunters spawn. Then advance and finish off the survivors. Focus on NOT DYING even when you’re not attacking a base- just like you would if you found yourself stuck in that place for real. You’ll be amazed at how fast your supplies start stacking up. How much supplies? A few thousand rounds of EMP rounds, tens of thousands of 7.62mm FMJ, AP, and SHOCK, hundreds of Advanced medikits and Ardrenaline. That’s what I have and there are fanatics at this game who are far better off than me.
At the base with the walkbridge, get on the other side of the bridge and you’re golden. Use the Algustare and or the RPG- 7. The only thing it will cost you is some patience. Good luck.
Okay, it was Metaning, not you. What I said still holds 100%. You don’t have to charge in guns blazing and take on all the bad guys face to face.
Buddy, I’m not worried about resources, I have 4000 uranium, 14000 cement, and tons of every other resource. I’m not worried about it lol, my supplies have been stacking up for 6 years lol
Read my OP. It was addressed to Metaning. My point there is valid. The player doesn’t have to charge the base and tackle all of its defenses face to face. Smart players will go down there AFTER knocking the defenses to pieces from range. That’s the part of my message to him that you missed.

Finally- if you think that standing off and using the range provided by your weapons in a video game is "cowardly’, then you clearly haven’t thought things through. The essential idea of this game is to waste one’s enemies- and not get yourself wasted if at all possible.

I have a 5c RPG 7 augmented for structure destroying. I use that to blow away any defences from range. Only then will I move in to mop up and destroy the base.
