Unbearable Lightness - can't pick up mission

Description:
When trying to pick up mission radio says: “No power”, even when the power in the bunker is turned on. This means I can’t pick up the mission.

Steps To Reproduce:
Don’t know - it does not appear to be a common issue.

Has anyone been able to clear this mission after the August patch?

Seeing as the August patch is out on tuesday, that’s not likely.

Is it also connected to the weapon in bunker. Im kinda ocd and hate not being able to get 100%.
