Same issue since I first received this mission as well. It NEVER updates from “Destroy enough machines in the Mountains region to get a complete entry barcode.” I can access the bunker but once inside the power never “activates” and I can’t get entry to the locked doors and the warboard.
The latest patch did nothing to fix this.
