I too was getting no loot from all machines I killed and also getting extreme sound issues. I solved this by exiting the game, starting a different game, then coming back to Generation Zero and all was well - sound and loot. Simply quitting and restarting/continuing without starting a different game did not work. I play on Xbox One.
I want to confirm that this is still an issue on the XBOX, even after the last update.
i have the same issue to guys but j play on pc with xbox gamepass it worked fine untill i quit the game to the menu end came . i get no loot from rivals runners .
