I came to a place where I suddenly heard a strange sound… I looked up and saw the missile starting and exploding… And then how it fell into the sea. I’ve never seen that before. While doing the last mission long time ago this scene somehow was skipped for me.
Yes, I found several brick houses in the big towns, but none of them were alone, like the one in Arneröd. This one however, seems not to have a mix of brick and wood walls, like the others.
Now this is very interesting! Hopefully you are talking about the rocket that tried to launch in Aspholmen? What an excellent vantage point to witness that part of the mission. I’m going to start a new world and attempt this myself to get a photo. For the longest time, I’ve wondered how @Gysbert managed to map the two rocket debris that fell into the sea. I’ve tried observing from the shoreline and even spent quite some time diving into the ocean to locate where they landed, but couldn’t find even a bolt!
I’m surprised it never occurred to me to simply reset the mission and watch the sequence unfold from a different location. The idea that you can actually see them fall is fascinating. That must have been quite a moment hearing the unusual sound, big explosion, and final descent into the sea.
@Gysbert : I missed this scene entirely too during my original playthrough, perhaps I was too busy fighting. But I can’t believe I’d miss something that epic. I’ll certainly make a point to revisit it though.
Excuse my ignorance @Madchaser but can I ask what a Vraken is?
What we have
There is one location on the map (in my eyes) that could fit in my eyes, but @Gysbert your map seems to be incomplete in that case. I’m not really sure.
At the place the arrow points at the position could fit.
There is a farm nearby. There is also a church nearby, which in general are safehouses, but on your map it isn’t marked as safehouse. This is what I’m not sure about. There is a lake and much wood. And there is no other location as close nearby, that it should be seen on the compass, too, which isn’t always easy to find.
