PC Game Pass - Infinite loading screen on new game / continue

The infinite loading screen occurs exactly as described in this thread? (Happening after “new game” or “continue”) If not, please describe how this behaves, step by step. The more details you can provide the easier it’ll be for us to troubleshoot the issue and help you out!

When you say you can’t access multiplayer what do you mean by that? How does it behave when you try to access it (and how do you try to access it)? Is there an error message or something like that? Does it behave like the linked messages below?

Sounds like you may have already tried this and the other workarounds in this thread, but sharing this just in case (Regardless if you are on Windows 11 or not, making sure you have the latest windows updates, and the xbox app updated, would be a good thing to check);

Are you by any chance playing with a high resolution? If that is the case please see this thread and workaround (Below);

Are you on VPN? If yes, please try disabling it and see if e.g. multiplayer works as intended.

If the issue still occurs after trying these things, could you try and sign in to your account and play the game on a different device / computer? Does the issue still occur then?
