Game crashes but doesn't send bug reports

Sometimes it sends bug reports, sometimes it doesn’t.

Platform: PC

Description: Bug reports are not always sent when game crashes. It fails in something like 20% of all crashes.

Steps To Reproduce: Play the game until it crashes. Repeat until it doesn’t send a crash report.
